Hi, I’m Russell.
8 years ago I experienced a sudden spiritual awakening that shifted the entire trajectory of my life. I immersed myself entirely in the path: 40 days of silence in Mexico, graduating as a yoga teacher in India, sitting with shamans in the Amazon, thousands of hours of meditation and deep study.
But back home in England, I had a head full of insights and a life that looked exactly the same. I had changed, but my life hadn’t caught up yet.
The biggest shift came when I realised I’d been treating my life as something to fix, and myself as the one who needed fixing. My circumstances were never the problem. They were simply reflecting who I’d assumed I was. The moment I started recognising the stories in my mind and living from the awareness underneath it all, everything began to move.
